1. General provisions
Welcome to the Luštno online store, where recipe booklets are available in digital format (PDF). The general terms and conditions of business determine the rights and obligations of the provider and buyers, terms of purchase, payment methods, transfer of digital products, the right to withdraw from the contract and other important information about business.

2. Product offer and prices
They are available in the Luštno online store
digital products
— booklets with recipes in the form of PDF files. The products are the author’s work and are intended for the personal use of the customer.
All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include VAT. For digital products
there are no delivery charges
— you receive the product directly via the download link. The prices shown at the time of placing the order apply.
Any discounts and promotional offers are valid under the conditions stated with each offer.
3. Ordering process
The purchase is possible without registering a user account. Procedure:
The buyer selects the desired booklet and adds it to the basket.
In the basket, he can change the quantity, remove products or continue shopping.
Select a payment method.
Enter personal data and the email address to which the product will be received.
View order summary and price.
He can correct any errors before submitting the order.
Submit the order by clicking the “Order with payment obligation” button.
After the successful submission of the order, the buyer receives a confirmation of receipt of the order to the e-mail address.
The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language.
4. Methods of payment
The following payment methods are available in the Luštno online store:
Payment by advance invoice (transfer to TRR)
After submitting the order, the buyer receives a proforma invoice with payment information to an email address. Payment is made by transfer to the transaction account indicated on the promissory note. You will receive the link to download the booklet automatically after receiving the payment.

Payment via PayPal
The buyer can choose to pay via PayPal. After submitting the order, he receives instructions or is redirected to pay via PayPal. You will receive the link to download the booklet automatically after confirming the payment.
5. Downloading digital products
As these are digital products,
delivery by post is not required and is not possible
. After confirming the payment, the buyer receives:
link to download the PDF file on the order confirmation page,
download link in the email.
The download link is personal and may not be shared with third parties. The booklets are the author’s work and are intended for personal use.
In case of technical problems with the download, write to us at info@lustno.com and we will send you a new link.
6. The right to withdraw from the contract
The buyer who is a consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without giving a reason.
Exception for digital products:
in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the consumer
has no right to withdraw from the contract
, if the subject of the contract is the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, and the consumer has expressly agreed to the start of the contract and has been informed that he thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
When submitting the order, the buyer confirms with a tick that he agrees with the start of the contract and that he is aware of the loss of the right to withdraw.
This does not affect the legal rights of the buyer regarding the non-conformity of the digital content.
7. Inconsistency of digital content and complaint
The provider is responsible for the compliance of the delivered digital content with the sales contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
If the digital content is not compatible (e.g. the file does not open, part of the content is missing), the buyer can send a complaint to: info@lustno.com
In the message, describe the problem and, if possible, attach a screenshot. The provider will handle the complaint without undue delay and provide the customer with access to compliant content or another appropriate solution.
8. Refusal and cancellation of order
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to technical or other valid reasons, the provider will inform the buyer as soon as possible. If the payment has already been made and the contract cannot be fulfilled, the provider returns the funds received in accordance with the law.

10. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In the Luštno online store, we strive to resolve potential misunderstandings and complaints amicably, quickly and kindly. Customers can send complaints to info@lustno.com.
PIARA s.p. in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 32 of the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (ZIsRPS) does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of consumer disputes that the consumer may initiate in accordance with this Act. The above does not affect the legal rights of consumers to assert claims and judicial protection.
11. Protection of personal data
We process the personal data of customers in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data (GDPR). We use the data to process orders, communicate, fulfill legal obligations and other legal purposes. More detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

13. Final Provisions
The general conditions are published on the website www.lustno.si. The provider reserves the right to change the general conditions due to changes in legislation or operations. Individual orders are subject to the conditions valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
For issues that are not regulated by these conditions, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union shall apply.
